대만 신주 - 2023년 12월 26일 - Nuvoton Technology가 차세대 고성능 NuMicro® M463 마이크로컨트롤러 시리즈를 공개했습니다. 이 시리즈는 200MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4 프로세서를 갖추고 있어 작동 온도 범위를 -40°C~125°C로 확장하여 엄격한 고온 환경 요구 사항을 충족하고 극한 조건에서도 안정적인 작동을 보장합니다. 넓은 온도 범위 외에도 이 시리즈는 듀얼 CAN-FD 및 HS USB 통신 기능을 포함하여 256KB 프로그래밍 가능 메모리 및 128KB SRAM과 함께 풍부한 주변 장치 인터페이스를 제공함으로써 충분한 저장 및 작동 공간을 제공하여 자동차 전자 공급망 및 산업용 애플리케이션에 있어서 미래를 위한 안정적이고 효율적인 솔루션을 제공합니다. 

또한 NuMicro® M463 시리즈는 200nA 미만의 초저전력 소비를 달성하였습니다. 다양한 전력 작동 모드와 다양한 웨이크업 인터페이스를 지원하여 다양한 전력 및 고객 요구 사항을 수용합니다. 내장형 DSP 명령어 세트와 단정밀도 부동 소수점 연산 장치(FPU)를 갖춘 이 시리즈는 산업 제어, 자동차 전자 주변 장치 및 기타 애플리케이션을 강력하게 지원합니다. 

M463 시리즈에는 하드웨어 암호화/복호화 엔진, 하드웨어 키 저장소, 난수발생기(True Random Number Generator, TRNG), 보안 부팅(Root of Trust 기능 제공), CAN FD 2세트, USB 고속 OTG 1세트, 최대 24개 채널의 16비트 PWM 출력, 8개의 UART, 4개의 SPI/I²S, 2개의 Quad-SPI, 5개의 I²C, 실시간 클록(RTC) 등 다양한 주변 기능이 포함되어 있습니다. 또한 2세트의 아날로그 비교기와 12비트, 16채널 SAR ADC를 포함한 다양한 아날로그 구성 요소를 통합합니다. 

Nuvoton은 NuMaker-M463KG 개발 보드 및 Nu-Link 디버거 툴과 함께 M463 시리즈를 제공합니다. Keil MDK, IAR EWARM, GNU GCC가 포함된 Eclipse IDE 등과 같은 다양한 개발 환경과 호환되는 이러한 툴을 사용하면 개발자가 애플리케이션을 원활하게 생성, 디버깅, 배포하고 제품 출시 프로세스를 간소화할 수 있습니다.
