より厳しい環境基準に対応、Nuvoton TechnologyのCortex-M4 MCUシリーズが限界を突破し動作温度を-40℃から125℃に拡大 

台湾・新竹（2023年12月26日） - Nuvoton Technologyは、次世代の高性能NuMicro® M463マイクロコントローラシリーズを発表しました。本シリーズは、200 MHzのArm® Cortex®-M4プロセッサーを搭載。動作温度範囲を-40℃から125 ℃まで拡大し、厳しい高温環境要件を満たすことで、過酷な条件下でも安定した動作を保証します。幅広い温度範囲に加え、デュアルCAN-FDおよびHS USB通信機能といった豊富な周辺インターフェイスを提供し、256KBのプログラマブルメモリと128KBのSRAMにより、将来の自動車エレクトロニクスのサプライチェーンと産業用途に向けて十分な動作用及びデータ保存用のメモリ容量を確保します。 

さらに、NuMicro® M463シリーズは、200 nA以下の超低消費電力を実現しています。各種電源動作モードと多様なウェイクアップインターフェース対応により、多様な電源要件や顧客要件に対応します。DSP命令セットと単精度浮動小数点ユニット（FPU）を内蔵し、産業用制御、車載用電子機器周辺機器などの各種アプリケーションを強力にサポートします。 

M463シリーズには、ハードウェア暗号化/復号化エンジン、ハードウェアキーストア、真性乱数生成器（TRNG）、セキュアブート（ルートオブトラスト機能提供）、CAN FD×2セット、USB高速OTG×1セット、最大24チャネルの16ビットPWM出力、UART×8、SPI/I²S×4、Quad-SPI×2、I²C×5、リアルタイムクロック（RTC）などの周辺機能が搭載されています。また、アナログ・コンパレータ×2セットや12ビット16チャンネルSAR ADCなど、多様なアナログコンポーネントも集積しています。 

Nuvotonは、NuMaker-M463KG開発ボードとNu-Linkデバッガツールと共にM463シリーズを提供しています。Keil MDK、IAR EWARM、Eclipse IDE with GNU GCCなど、各種開発環境と互換性を備えたこれらのツールは、開発者がアプリケーションをシームレスに作成、デバッグ、デプロイすることを容易にし、製品立ち上げプロセスの効率化をもたらします。
