The NUC123 series provides high performance and low-cost 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0 core with USB full speed 2.0 interface, runs up to 72 MHz, and supports 32-bit hardware multiplier, wide operating voltage range 2.5V to 5.5V, Flash ROM up to 68 KB and RAM up to 20 KB, highly integrated 10-bit ADC, 150 kSPS conversion rate, internal RC 22MHz OSC, USB 2.0 full-speed device interface, and rich peripheral such as I²Cx2 ,SPIx3, UARTx2, input I/O 5V tolerance, Anti-theft lock code bit, 96-bit Unique ID and 128-bit Unique customer ID, and strong anti-jamming ability (ESD 8kV, EFT 4kV).
