Nuvoton won 2021 "MAPECT Taiwan M&A Awards" and was invited to attend the awarding ceremony today.
Nuvoton deeply cultivates in MCU market for many years, and continuously expanding our product applications in industrial and automotive etc sectors. In order to enlarge our product portfolio as well as accelerate growth momentum, we completed the acquisition of NTCJ on Sep 1st 2020 to obtain IP technologies and R&D manpower, this also increased percentage in automotive and communication sectors and broaden our business scopes. Moreover, we created a win-win synergy through the integration of sales channels between Nuvoton and NTCJ, which will not only increase the visibility in both Japan and the global market but also promote NTCJ’s high-tech products to the global markets.
