バッテリーフリーデバイス向け8ビットMCU低消費電力マイコンの新「MUG51」を発表 

台湾（新竹）-2023年7月6日-世界有数のマイクロコントローラーメーカーであるNuvoton Technologyは、バッテリーフリーデバイス用に設計された低電力マイクロコントローラー・MUG51 8ビットMCUシリーズを発表しました。Nuvotonは、サステナブルな8ビットMCUの生産と製品の長寿命化に取り組んでおり、信頼性の高い供給を保証することで、ユーザーの長寿命製品、プラットフォーム、プロジェクトにコミットします。 

バッテリーフリーデバイス向け8ビット低消費電力MCUの新「MUG51」を発表

低消費電力のMUG51シリーズは、7.37 MHzで動作する1T 8051コアマイクロコントローラーに加え、チップ内に16KBのフラッシュAPROMと1KBのSRAMメモリを搭載しています。MUG51シリーズは、特別設計のパワーオンとレジュームに対応しており、電源投入後、フラッシュメモリの初期化前に必要な起動電流はわずか200μAで、通常の動作モードでの消費電流は1.3mA未満となっています。スリープモードでは、消費電流はわずか1μA未満です。

MUG51シリーズは、プラットフォームのサイズとコストを最小限に抑える柔軟なアプリケーション設計の要求に応えるため、内部インバータ付きGPIO、16ビットタイマ、12ビットADC、16ビットPWM、UART、I²C、SPI、スタイラスペンの筆圧測定用の2つのレール・ツー・レールコンパレータ（ACMP）、UART伝送としても構成可能なISO 7816-3スマートカードインターフェイスなど、豊富な周辺IOを提供します。

過酷な条件下でのアプリケーションに向け、1.8～5.5Vの広い動作電圧範囲と-40℃～105℃の広い動作温度に対応し、加えてEFT±4.4kV・ESD HBM±7kVの高い静電耐性も備えています。
