There are around 150 employees in our Israeli subsidiary, which specializes in the development of computing security related products. In light of the recent Israel-Palestine conflict, the impact on our company's operations is explained as follows:

1. Our R&D team located in Israel is currently operating as usual. In response to government measures and to ensure the safety of our employees during this emergency period, we have also implemented relevant “Working from Home” plans.
2. Since our Israeli subsidiary is located in Herzliya, which is not in the southern areas or Gaza Strip that have been severely attacked. Besides, as there are no production units or suppliers in the local area, the production and delivery status of related products remain unchanged. Therefore, the current situation has no significant impact on our businesses.

We will maintain close communication with our Israeli subsidiary, allowing us to receive real-time updates on the local situation changes. Additionally, we will make any necessary adjustments to ensure that the relevant response measures can protect our employees' safety and guarantee the stable operation of our company.
