The KA84950UA is a battery monitoring IC that measures up to 25 series connected battery cells with a measurement error of less than 1.5 mV and maximum supply voltage 125v. The KA84950UA includes redundant measurement system that enable customers to design battery systems compliant with ISO26262 ASIL-D requirements. Multiple devices are connected in a daisy chain. The KA84950UA is suitable for in-vehicle battery system connecting 100 to 200 battery cells in series.
