Nuvoton NuMicro M032TC1AE MCU is based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0 core running up to 48 MHz. It provides a comprehensive solution for the Crystal-less USB applications with 32 KB Flash, 4 KB SRAM and 1.8 to 3.6V low-voltage interface.

M032TC1AE embedded an extra SPROM (Security Protection ROM), providing a secure code execution area to protect the intelligent property of developers.

With its special designed such as 6-ch 96 MHz PWM providing fast response control to the external devices, 2 MSPS ADC providing a fast and precise analog to digital data conversion for sensing voltage and current which is very suitable for gaming application. Additionally, M032TC1AE provide high speed communication interface included 24 MHz SPI for high speed sensor device communication, 6 MHz UART with 1-wire function for encrypted communication target sensing/control devices and consumer device.

M032TC1AE also provides plenty of peripherals included 1 set Universal Serial Control Interface(USCI) which can be configure as UART, SPI or I²C, 1 set UART, 1 set SPI/I²S, 10-ch 12-bit 2 MSPS ADCs for various application demand. And it can operate in a wide temperature range from -40°C to 105°C.
