The CM2003 series is the first 32-bit MCU launched by Nuvoton Nanjing. It inherits Nuvoton's advanced chip design philosophy and comprehensive product ecosystem.

High-Efficiency Arm® Cortex®-M23 Core
The CM2003 series adopts the Arm® Cortex®-M23 core architecture, delivering 10% higher performance than the Cortex®-M0 core. Running at 24 MHz, it offers efficient processing capabilities such as single-cycle multiplication and integer division, significantly improving software execution efficiency.
Pin-Compatible with 8-bit MCUs
The CM2003 series is currently available in small TSSOP20 and QFN20 packages, which are pin-compatible with Nuvoton's N76E003 series and MS51 series, as well as Nuvoton Nanjing's CM1003 series.
Complimentary Keil® MDK IDE Platform
The CM2003 series provides the complimentary professional Keil® MDK tool: Keil MDK Nuvoton Edition - Full Cortex-M. It supports all Nuvoton products based on Arm® Cortex-M processor cores, including Arm Cortex-M0/M0+/M23/M33/M4/M55/M7/M85, and can be used for commercial purposes.
Wide Range of Applications
The CM2003 series can be applied to products such as home appliances, BMS control, power control, and LED lighting control.
