NuMicro® Family Arm® Cortex®-M33 Microcontrollers
The NuMicro® Family Cortex®-M33 based MCUs enable a high-performance system design, delivering up to 221-277 DMIPS at operating frequencies of up to 144–180 MHz. When executing from embedded Flash memory, power consumption can be reduced to 91 μA/MHz, supported by the M3331 series.
The NuMicro® Family Cortex®-M33 based MCUs are composed of the following product series.
M3331 Series
The NuMicro® M3331 series is a 32-bit microcontroller powered by the Arm® Cortex®-M33 core. It integrates TrustZone® technology, a DSP instruction set, and a Floating-Point Unit (FPU). Designed for high-performance applications, it targets industrial control, smart factories, smart buildings, renewable energy, and consumer electronics. Operating at up to 180 MHz, the M3331 series supports 256 Kbytes to 512 Kbytes of Flash memory with Error Correction Code (ECC), 96 Kbytes to 320 Kbytes of SRAM, 1.7V to 3.6V operating voltage, and -40°C to +105°C wide operating temperature. It offers superior reliability, featuring high immunity with ESD HBM 4 kV and EFT 4.4 kV ratings.
The M3331 series comprises two sub-series:

M3351 Series
The NuMicro® M3351 series is a high-performance microcontroller with strong noise tolerance for 5V Power supply. This series is based on the Arm® Cortex®-M33 core, it integrates TrustZone® technology, a DSP instruction set and a Floating-Point Unit (FPU), making it ideal for demanding computational tasks. The M3351 series runs up to 144 MHz and features 256 Kbytes to 1 Mbytes of Flash memory with Error Correction Code (ECC), 48 Kbytes to 128 Kbytes of SRAM, up to 64 Kbytes of independent Data Flash with 100,000 write/erase cycles, 2.7V to 5.5V operating voltage, -40°C to 105°C wide operating temperature, and excellent high immunity characteristics by ESD HBM 4 KV and EFT 4.4 KV, making the series ideal for expanding the functionality of home appliances and industrial equipment.
