M2003RI7AE
USCI*: supports UART, SPI or I²C
The NuMicro® M2003RI7AE microcontroller is designed for 5V power supply operation and high noise immunity. It is based on the Arm® Cortex®-M23 core, with operating frequency up to 40 MHz, and offers 512 Kbytes Flash Memory, 48 Kbytes SRAM, 2.4V ~ 5.5V operating voltage, and -40°C ~ +105°C operating temperature and excellent high immunity characteristics by ESD HBM 7 kV and EFT 4.4 kV, making the series ideal for expanding the functionality of home appliances and industrial equipment.
For smart appliances and sanitary products, up to 5 UARTs and 5 configurable USCI interfaces support simultaneous connections to Wi-Fi, BLE, displays, touch panels, sensors, and control modules. Up to 24-channel 12-bit ADC and 12-channel 16-bit PWM enable sensor acquisition and control of heaters, pumps, valves, motors, and lighting.
For BMS, battery packs, and e-meters, the built-in CAN 2.0B provides reliable communication among controllers, battery-monitoring devices, chargers, and power modules. Combined with native 5V operation and strong ESD/EFT immunity, the NuMicro® M2003RI7AE is well suited for electrically noisy appliance, industrial, and power-control environments.
Covering a wide range of memory sizes and package options, the NuMicro® M2003RI7AE enables developers to address different product tiers on a common MCU platform, simplifying design migration and accelerating the development of next-generation connected control systems.
For the development system, Nuvoton provides the NuMaker evaluation board and Nuvoton Nu-Link debugger. The 3rd Party IDE such as Keil MDK, IAR EWARM, and NuEclipse IDE with GNU GCC compilers are also supported.
