The NCT3105Y is a DDR-SDRAM bus termination regulator incorporating a remote sensing function (VSEN pin) to provide superior load regulation. The NCT3105Y provides a VREF output and an EN (enable) pin for Suspend to RAM (STR) functionality. VREF remains active during the STR state. In addition the NCT3105Y also provides Power Good (PG) signal to monitor the output regulation. The NCT3105Y supports all power requirements for DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, DDR3U, LPDDR3 and DDR4 VTT bus termination applications
