The NuMicro® M0515LDE microcontroller is embedded the Arm Cortex®-M0 core running up to 50 MHz. It is a 5V industrial grade MCU providing high noise immunity, designed for industrial control and smart bathroom applications which need multiple UARTs to communicate with smart sensing devices. For connected sensors, there is a 800 kSPS 12-bit ADC with Vref to get the sensing data, with a 100MHz high resolution PWM to control LED, motor or other devices.

The NuMicro® M0515LDE features 68 KB Flash, 8 KB SRAM, and 4 KB ISP ROM. operating voltage from 2.5 to 5.5V and temperature range from -40 to 105 ℃. It’s equipped with plenty of peripheral included 4 set of UARTs, 1 set of I2C, 1 set SPI, 12 channels 100MHz high resolution PWMs with brake function and complimentary output to drive both stepping motor or BLDC motor; 800 kSPS 12-bit ADC with Vref to sample different kind of data from sensors or external devices
