Nuvoton NuMicro® M032BT series is 32-bit microcontrollers based on Arm® Cortex®-M0 core with 32-bit hardware multiplier/divider. It features dual mode for Bluetooth Low Energy BLE5.0 and 2.4 GHz proprietary, and supports 1.8V ~ 3.6V operating voltage and - 40°C ~ 85 °C temperature range.

The NuMicro® M032BT series provides dual mode for Bluetooth Low Energy BLE5.0 and 2.4GHz proprietary,  various I/O, up to 16-ch 12-bit 2 MSPS ADCs, 8 sets of UART, 2 sets of I²C, and 2 set of Universal Serial Control Interface (USCI) that can be configured as UART, SPI, and I²C. The M032BT series also offers 256 KB and 512 KB Flash with QFN68 (8 mm x 8 mm) package adopt control and wireless transmission function, also certify with Bluetooth SIG Component (Tested) and End Product QDIDs to ensure the quality and compatibility of the Bluetooth connection, it is convenient for customers to integrate the design.

For the development, Nuvoton provides the NuMaker evaluation boards and Nuvoton Nu-Link debugger. 3rd Party IDE such as Keil MDK, IAR EWARM, Eclippse IDE with GNU GCC compilers is supported.
