FAQ
Can system clock source be selected from an external crystal (HXT) in MS51 series? Issue Date:2021-11-09
Yes, an external 4~24 MHz high speed crystal (HXT) can be connected to the MS51 series via HXTIN and HXTOUT and be set as system clock source. However, due to the limitation of the pin arrangement, only some of parts in MS51 series support to connect an HXT via HXTIN and HXTOUT. Users can see the table below for reference.
