Nuvoton NuMicro® M031BT series is 32-bit microcontrollers based on Arm® Cortex®-M0 core with 32-bit hardware multiplier/divider. It features dual mode for Bluetooth Low Energy BLE5.0 and 2.4GHz proprietary, and supports 1.8V ~ 3.6V operating voltage and - 40°C ~ 85 °C temperature range. The NuMicro® M031BT series provides dual mode for Bluetooth Low Energy BLE5.0 and 2.4GHz proprietary, various I/O, and includes 16-ch 12-bit 2 MSPS ADCs, 3 sets of UART, 2 sets of I²C, and 1 set of Universal Serial Control Interface (USCI) that can be configured as UART, SPI, and I²C. The M031BT series offers 64 KB and 128 KB Flash with QFN48 (5 mm x 5 mm) package, also certify with Bluetooth SIG Component (Tested) and End Product QDIDs to ensure the quality and compatibility of the Bluetooth connection, it is convenient for customers to integrate the design. For the development, Nuvoton provides the NuMaker evaluation boards and Nuvoton Nu-Link debugger.
