The combination of ISD94100 low power consumption feature and the Beijing Twirling algorithm effectively ensure smooth and intelligent voice interaction capabilities, while reducing power consumption and production costs. Hsinchu , Taiwan — 12 / 21 /2010 — Nuvoton Technology Corp. introduces low RDSON with soft-start and output discharge power distribution switch– NCT3521U/U-2. The power switch provides continuous 2.0Amp output current, 80m-ohm RDSON and equips over current, short circuits, reverse current, reverse voltage protections and thermal shutdown which can secure the system from damage while power on/off shorted. NCT3521U/U-2 is very suitable for computer LCD on/off power protection or other power distribution switch devices. It supports soft-start and shutdown output discharge functions which user can not only adjust application circuits timing slightly but also ease the rush current impact which induced by capacitance loading. Shutdown output discharge function can reset the output voltages to 0V when OFF. It avoids external circuitry from malfunction and makes system circuits design solid and highly reliable. Effective 2014-01-23, President Robert Hsu will concurrently take the role of Vice Chairman to assist Chairman. Starting 2014-02-05, Vice Chairman Robert Hsu will transfer to act in the position as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
