Nuvoton Technology Corporation (TSE: 4919) and its parent company, Winbond Electronics Corporation (TSE: 2344), held a joint investor conference today (29) to announce operating results for the fourth quarter of 2015 and future prospects. The consolidated operating revenue in the fourth quarter of 2015 was about NT$ 1.77 billion, and net income in the fourth quarter was NT$ 65 million with earnings per share of NT$ 0.31, an increase of 112% compared to same period in 2014. For 2015, full year consolidated operating revenue was NT$ 7.313 billion, net income totaling around NT$ 469 million and earnings per share of NT$ 2.26, an increase of 37% compared to 2014. Nuvoton NCT7802Y is the first discrete Hardware Monitoring IC in the market to support the Intel ® PECI 3.0 (Platform Environment Control Interface) specification. Finance / Nuvoton Technology Announces Financial Results for the Third Quarter of 2011



Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C. - October 27, 2011 - Nuvoton Technology Corp. (TWSE: 4919) today (27) announced the preliminary financial results for the third quarter of 2011. The consolidated revenue of the third quarter are approximately NT$1,905 million, and net income are NT$109 million, with EPS of NT$0.53. According to Nuvoton Technology, because economic situation in Europe and America is unstable and the market condition of China is below expectation, the market of consumer IC is generally not well in the third quarter leading to the situation that the industry appears to be depressed in the peak season. However, the steady delivery of new products (i.e., ARM® Cortex™ - M0 32-bit MCU on multi-touch products, embedded controller on the Tablet and Ultrabook, IC for Education Learning Aid (ELA)) effectively reduces the impact of recession on the revenue from general IC. Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C. - October 26, 2012 - Nuvoton Technology Corp. (TWSE: 4919) today (26), with the parent company, Winbond Electronics Corp. (TWSE: 2344), held a joint Investor Conference to report the third quarter operation result and forecast economic condition of the fourth quarter of 2012. The consolidated revenue of the third quarter of 2012 was approximately NT$1,935 million, a decrease of 14% from the previous quarter and an increase 2% compared the third quarter of 2011. The net income was NT$182 million, a decrease of 41% from the previous quarter, and an increase of 67% compared the third quarter of 2011. The third quarter EPS was NT$ 0.88, and the accumulated EPS of 2012 came to NT$ 2.85. According to Nuvoton Technology, due to weak economies of Europe and America, slow-down market growth in China, and computer IC inventory adjustment, the revenue of General IC declined compared the previous quarter and the same period last year.

Nuvoton Technology Corp. (TSE: 4919) Today (25), and parent company, Winbond Electronics Corporation (TSE: 2344), held a joint Investor Conference to report first quarter operations and forecast economic conditions for the second quarter of 2014. Consolidated revenue for the first quarter of 2014 was approximated NT$1,618 million, an increase of 6% from the previous quarter. Net income was about NT$44 million and earnings per share of NT$ 0.21, an increase of 82% from the previous quarter. Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C. – April 27, 2011 -Nuvoton Technology (TWSE: 4919) held Board of Directors meeting today (27), and approved the first quarter of 2011 financial statements audited by CPA. The consolidated revenue for the first quarter of 2011 is approximately NT$1,678 million, net incomeof NT$61 million and EPS of NT$ 0.29. Nuvoton Technology stated the first quarter of 2011 had a considerable level from the previous quarter. The first quarter of 2011 compared with 2010 NTD appreciated 3.5% in the fourth quarter, then the promotion of new products and OEM for portfolio optimization benefits continued to appear, so the effective appreciation of the NT against the adverse impact of revenue. The first quarter of 2011 revenue approximately 82% was from IC Business and 18% was from Foundry Business divided by operation. For IC Business, due to 2011 Lunar new year vacation was longer in China, the Sandy Bridge chipset design flaw and other factors which caused a more negative impact

Nuvoton Technology Corporation (TWSE: 4919) and its headquarters, Winbond Electronics Corporation (TWSE: 2344), held a conference call today (24) to report the Q4 operating results in 2013 and their prospects in Q1, 2014. The operating revenue in the fourth quarter was about NT$1.526 billion, with net income totaling around NT$24 million and earnings per share of NT$0.12. For all of 2013, the operating revenue was about NT$6.809 billion, with net income totaling around NT$259 million and earnings per share of NT$1.25. Nuvoton pointed out that the fourth quarter is the traditional off-season for consumer electronics and foundries industries. In the meantime, due to the impact from the annual maintenance of foundry plants, the revenue of the fourth quarter was down from the previous quarter.
