The NCT7511Y is an SMBus based hardware monitor IC capable of monitoring critical system hardware parameters including temperature and fan speeds. The NCT7511Y supports a single on-die and two remote temperature sensors.  An internal 10-bit analog-to-digital converter converts sensor data to a temperature value. Both remote temperature inputs can be connected to integrated CPU/GPU thermal diodes, any diode sensors, or a low cost thermistor.

The NCT7511Y provides a single fan output and supports the Nuvoton SMART FAN™ IV control mode, providing 4 sets of temperature set- points

Additionally, hardware event pins ALERT# and T_CRIT# provide independent alarm signals. It provides a quiet and easy to implement cooling solution for maximum system safety and flexibility.
