Nuvoton Technology Corp. presents our new 8-bit microcontroller － N79E352. With the merits of higher processing speed, the performance of N79E352 is 2.5 times faster comparing with the traditional 8051 under same operating frequency. The external oscillator frequency could be up to 24 MHz, with 8K program flash memory (Flash ROM), 128B data flash, the built-in the internal accurate 11M/22M RC oscillator and the I2C interface. N79E352 is equipped with 40pin DIP, 44pin PLCC/QFP and 48pin LQFP packages that satisfy the demands of customers who use the standard 8051 products originally. In addition, to save more power at the system product, customers also could choose the built-in 20KHz Watch Dog Timer or the P0 input pins to wake up the power down mode.

By strengthening its internal protective circuit especially for the high noise immunity request, N79E352 could operate at the worst working environment. It also provides the PWM output.

N79E352 provides the complete software & hardware development system with JTAG hardware simulator, the software development system, the programmer and the support documents etc.. A complete set of development system shortens designer’s development time that cuts into the market fast and wins the business. Customers can update its program flash memory by the ICP (In Circuit Program) function per the programmer on the system board; the ICP function increases the production flexibility and the extendibility.
