The NUC140/240 series operates at 2.5V ~ 5.5V and -40℃ ~ 105℃,and provides 22.1184 MHz high precision internal oscillator (1% accuracy at 25℃,5V) , provides Bosch CAN 2.0A/B, USB 2.0 full speed, rich peripherals, rich connectivity interface and high immunity (8kV ESD, 4kV EFT). Package types include LQFP48, LQFP64 and LQFP100.

Target Application:

Automotive, Security/ Alarm, Temperature Sensor, Communication System, etc.
