Introduction
 
The NuMaker-IoT-M487 is the development platform for Nuvoton NuMaker series to integrate functions required for IoT such as networking, security, sensing, storage, and control. The NuMicro® M487 microcontroller has Arm® Cortex® -M4 as the core with built-in hardware crypto accelerator. It is certified by Arm® Mbed™ OS v5, Amazon FreeRTOS, and AliOS Things. The board is equipped with Ethernet and Wi-Fi network, 9-axis motion sensor, audio codec, external SPI flash and microSD card slot. The platform has a variety of expansion interfaces such as Arduino UNO, mikuroBUS™, and simulated image sensor interface. It can be used for simple voice recognition, image recognition, sensing devices, and provide cloud/ mobile app reference examples, which is convenient for rapid development.
