Senior Test engineer
For Nuvoton Israels branch in Migdal Haemek, we are looking for a Senior Test engineer for VLSI tests and development of test programs, in high level language for ATE. Requirements: 10+ years of Experienced as Test Engineer Relevant experience in the field of digital testing - Must Good knowledge in VLSI experience in C/ programming Familiarity with Unix/Linux environment Good understanding of PC structure and common protocols Shell programming and PERL knowledge an advantage
