| Description |
The W55U02 is an USB V1.1 controller for W55Fxx, SPI serial flash or NAND type flash memory. It has an 8-bit microprocessor, and it provides flexible API functions to support general applications. It is compatible with any PC via USB. |

- Mask option to set data transfer rate at full speed (12 Mbit/s) or low speed (1.5 Mbit/s).
- Control, Bulk In/Out, and Interrupt transfers
- No need an external power source for Bus-powered
- Suspend and Resume mode
- Provide Human Input Device (HID) compliant
- Serial Interface Management (SIM), supporting
- W55Fxx/W551Cxxx
- SPI flash (W55Xxx/W25Pxx/W25Xxx )
- NAND type flash interface
- Slave mode for external microcontroller
- Bonding option to set W55U02 as USB Bridge application.
- Application-specific firmware for the device will be required to handle by user-self.
- I/O pins: 16 bi-directional I/O pins (BP00 ~ BP07; BP10 ~ BP17)
- Separate I/O power for 2.4V-5.5V
- IOVDD0 for BP0[5:0], TESTB, RESETB
- IOVDD1 for BP0[7:6], BP1[7:0]
- USB operation/communication through API
- Standby current (USB detached): 1 uA
